This 30,000 s.f. office space provided unique challenges of converting a flex type building, with a deck height of 30’, to standard office usage. We worked with angled walls and a combination of different ceiling heights ranging from a standard 9’ ceiling to a finished 19 ‘ceiling. Additionally, the space features a distinctive drywall array on the ceiling. We met the tenant’s time frame expectations, even with the combination of a tight schedule and pandemic difficulties.
